In Mozambique, the British High Commissioner represents the British Government in its relations with the Government of Mozambique.

The High Commissioner, Andrew Soper, arrived in Mozambique in 2007. His main tasks are to present and explain British policies to the Mozambican Government and to the people of Mozambique, and to report and explain Mozambique's policies and views to the British Government in London.
